Sea Glass Homes was founded in 2019 by Cape Cod native Jay Malaspino, who has spent the last 40+ years in the construction industry. Jay started his career as a finish carpenter before moving on to construction management for residential and commercial construction projects. Over time his passion shifted to architectural and structural design. For that past decade Jay has been specializing the design and construction of fine custom homes in the Southcoast area.
Sea Glass Homes takes their time when working with custom build clients to understand their design tastes and needs. They work with you to build a beautiful one of a one-of-a-kind home that compliments your needs and lifestyle. The team at Sea Glass Homes can also build off of your home plans created by your designer or architect.

1. Initial Meeting
We set up a time together that best serves your needs, it’s a chance to get to know each other and explore how amazing your project can become.
2. Design Process
After the scope of work has been determined and we come to an agreement on the project, the design phase is built.
3. Building Your Home
At this point, we take over and manage all aspects of the building process with a constant check-in with you for review and collaboration.
4. Review and Updates
This phase allows you to review all work completed and may bring up and allows for questions you might have.
