Lot 47 is a 3,655 square foot Cape Cod style home. Sea Glass Homes designed this to fit a very unique lot. The lot is a pie shaped lot with much more traffic on the road behind it than the cul de sac in front. Our goal in the design process was to create a look in the back that didn’t look like your typical rear elevation of a home but something more pleasing.
