Wildwood Path is our first new construction home start outside of Mattapoisett in 5 years. It is a modern farmhouse style home designed by the Slocum Hall Design Group – Watertown, MA. It has four bedrooms, 4 and a half bathrooms spread over 3,100 square feet of living area on the two main floors. The basement will be finished adding another 1,700 +/- sq. ft. for approximately 4,800 square feet of living area.
